ORSYP is an expert company in the field of IT Operations Management. It develops, sells, integrates software solutions and offers consultancy services to its customers.

By both common sense and consistency with our chosen business direction, ORSYP has decided to involve itself in the protection of the environment. This commitment is reflected by the establishment of an Environmental Management System that meets the requirements of the EN ISO14001:2004 international standard.

The purpose of this posting is to remind all of us what the company Environmental Policy is - it lists our intentions and principles in relation to ORSYP’s environmental performance goals and provides a framework for us to ensure we successfully attain our objectives.

Management Commitment

Our business is based on optimizing the resources our customers use, yet we also believe that as a citizen, we all should behave responsibly when it comes to the environment, we pledge to:

• Improve our environmental outcomes and our Environmental Management System continuously, in accordance with the ISO14001 requirements.
• Control (by preventing) the potential environmental impacts of our activities, products and services by protecting available resources.
• Meet regulations.

Commitment Objectives

We have established two main objectives:

1. Reduce resource consumption to a maximum

The first is a mode which is designed not only to reduce our consumption, but also to question our behavior towards resource use. We mean to:

• Reduce our electrical consumption.
• Reduce our emissions linked to transportation by limiting and optimizing their use.
• Reduce our paper consumption.

2. Reflect on our behavior (both internally and externally as a company)

Because it is habits and daily practices that make the difference, we reaffirm here that for all ORSYP employees, the commitment aims to:

• Meet environmental regulations and legal requirements.
• Educate those around us on how to control energy consumption and be environmentally conscience in our daily behavior, and especially in our relationships with ORSYP customers.
