Year One at ORSYP

At ORSYP we understand your first year with the company is critical. To help new hires succeed at ORSYP as quickly and enjoyably as possible, we've put into place an on-boarding program that starts locally within your Business Unit, at the local office. This includes a proper welcome, introduction to team members, and a full tour of the facilities. We will ensure you feel welcomed and comfortable from day one, and that all your question and any concerns beare addressed during your first week.

To reinforce your integration within three months of joining, you will be invited to “UNISTART”, a three-day corporate event in Paris for new employees, with four main goals in mind:

  • Introduce you to ORSYP, its history, values and objectives
  • Allow you to meet new colleagues and friends from different business units and countries
  • Help you better situate yourself in your work environment by understand ORSYP’s organization and offerings
  • Train you to the first level of the IT Operations Management certification.

With this program, we commit to deliver the same high level of support for all new employees wherever they have been hired.

And because we believe that on boarding does not stop after the first 3 months, you will be assigned to a personal mentor for regular coaching and guidance.
