Jean-Michel BREUL - Chief Technology Officer

As CTO, Jean-Michel Breul is responsible for ORSYP’s product development, global support, and technical sales. Mr. Breul oversees the R&D activities and operational aspects of ORSYP’s three Technology Centers located in France, Romania and Canada. Mr. Breul has over a decade of experience in developing IT infrastructure and business application software, most recently serving as Director of R&D for ORSYP. Under his leadership ORSYP opened technology centers in Montreal, Canada in 2004 and in Bucharest, Romania in 2005. Mr. Breul holds a Master’s degree in engineering from Ecole Centrale in Paris, France.

Thierry MANISSOL - Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President of ORSYP, Thierry Manissol has a charter to drive operational excellence throughout ORSYP on a global basis. Mr. Manissol’s 20 years of experience in the software industry has spanned engineering, marketing, sales, and executive management. Mr. Manissol was instrumental in ORSYP’s international expansion, providing strong leadership in establishing operations throughout Europe in the late 90s. Mr. Manissol started his career in 1987 at Cardif, a BNP Paribas company, where he led major initiatives in software development for financial and insurance applications. Mr. Manissol holds a Master’s degree in engineering from the Ecole Centrale in Lyon, France.

Christophe UNRUG - Vice President of Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing for ORSYP, Christophe Unrug is responsible for ORSYP’s strategic marketing and corporate communication. Mr. Unrug has over 19 years of leadership experience in software sales and international business development. Mr. Unrug joined ORSYP in 2001, most recently serving as General Manager of Eastern and Northern Europe, he has played an essential role in ORSYP’s expansion. Prior to ORSYP, Mr. Unrug was a senior consultant with Andersen consulting, managed his own software company for 6 years, and held several senior management positions in the software industry. Mr. Unrug holds a Master’s Degree from ESSEC Business School in Paris, France.

Mark SHOTWELL - Executive Vice President & VP of Sales for Americas

Benoît DROULIN - General Manager for France

Benoît Droulin is General Manager of French operations and has held this position since 2003. Under his strong leadership, the French subsidiary has become a major revenue and results contributor to the group, recording a 30% revenue growth during the last two years in a highly competitive market. Prior to his current position, Mr. Droulin was head of sales for France, and then for Southern Europe, including France, Italy and Spain. During this two-year period his contribution to the company included signing over 80 new clients. Mr. Droulin holds an engineering degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Métiers and a Master’s degree in business administration from the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises in Paris, France.

Stefano SCARAZZA - General Manager for Southern Europe

Stefano Scarazza is General Manager of ORSYP’s Italian and Southern European operations. Under his leadership, the Italian subsidiary has grown over 50% in two years. Mr. Scarazza has been instrumental in the successful development of strategic and commercial partnerships, making indirect sales a significant revenue component of the subsidiary. Mr. Scarazza has over 20 years of experience in sales and executive management with a variety of successful software companies. Prior to joining ORSYP in 2003, Mr. Scarazza served as Sales Manager for Northern Italy at Enterprise Ericsson, where he was responsible for 3 regional offices, leading major sales initiatives for voice, IT/ICT and e-business solutions. Mr. Scarazza holds an electrical engineering degree from the Settembrini Institut of Milan, Italy.
