To make your first day at ORSYP memorable, we’ve created a relaxed work environment that includes a proper welcome, introduction to team members, and a full tour of the facilities – including a trip to Paris, naturellement !
We will assign you a personal mentor for regular coaching, including a twice yearly full briefing on developments at ORSYP. This will also help you track your progress within the company and identify new opportunities for advancement.
As a new employee, you will take part in a one-week corporate event held each quarter in Paris consisting of a full presentation of ORSYP offerings, customized training programs, and organized social events.
