François-Xavier Floren, President & Chief Executive Officer

François-Xavier Floren was appointed in March 2007 to drive and expand ORSYP’s activities worldwide in part by evaluating and developing new growth opportunities, including the diversification of ORSYP’s portfolio into new offerings.

A veteran in international business development, he previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member for Altran, the European leader in high tech consulting services, where he was responsible for the company’s global operations spanning activities in 20 countries.

He also spent 15 years with Cap Gemini including four years in the US and Italy, where he was instrumental in conducting the merger of the company’s consulting activities with Ernst & Young.

François-Xavier Floren holds a degree from the French business school, Ecole Supérieure de Nantes, and is a chartered accountant.
