ORSYP appoints Chris Unrug as Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Boston (MA), November 24, 2006 - ORSYP, worldwide provider of enterprise job scheduling solutions, announced the appointment of Chris UNRUG as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ORSYP.

In his new role Mr. UNRUG will be responsible for coordinating and developing global operations for ORSYP’s 9 subsidiaries, as well as promoting and expanding ORSYP’s channel and partner network on an international scale. In addition, he will be in charge of strategic marketing and corporate communications. Mr. UNRUG’s appointment is part of ORSYP’s ongoing mission to realign its subsidiaries to better address the growing demand for sophisticated but business-friendly IT automation solutions, to enable companies to operate more efficiently through automation software.

Chris brings extensive international and business development experience to this position and I am confident that with his in-depth knowledge of the IT automation market and our customer base, he will provide strong leadership to our worldwide operations, said Jean-Jacques PARINET, ORSYP Founder and Chairman.

Mr. UNRUG has been with ORSYP for 5 years, most recently as General Manager of Eastern and Northern Europe operations and Managing Director of various divisions within the European and US organizations. He has played an important role in ORSYP’s international expansion efforts. He brings over 19 years of experience in software sales and international business development.

Prior to ORSYP, Mr. UNRUG was a senior Consultant with Andersen Consulting and then managed his own software company for 6 years. He has held several senior management positions in the software industry, including General Manager of the London-based CAST Software Ltd. where he catapulted the UK subsidiary to the forefront of the Application Intelligence market.

Mr. UNRUG holds a Master’s Degree from ESSEC Business School in Paris, France.
