ORSYP appoints François-Xavier FLOREN as Chief Executive Officer of ORSYP HOLDING SAS

Paris la Défense, March 15, 2007 - ORSYP, worldwide provider of IT automation solutions and services, present throughout Europe, North America, and Asia, today announced the appointment of François-Xavier FLOREN as Chief Executive Officer of ORSYP Holding SAS and board member of the ORSYP group.

As CEO of ORSYP Holding SAS, Mr. FLOREN will focus on driving and expanding ORSYP’s activities worldwide. As part of this business development initiative, he will explore, evaluate, and develop new growth opportunities for ORSYP, including diversification of ORSYP’s portfolio, consisting of new products and services.

Prior to joining the ORSYP group, Mr. FLOREN has served since 2005 as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of Altran, the European leader in high technology consulting services, with over €1.5 billion in annual sales. He was responsible for Altran’s global operations worldwide contributing to the growth of the business and harmonizing the activities across 20 countries. Mr. FLOREN also worked at Ricol Lasteyrie & Associés in Corporate Finance and Business Development, and spent 15 years at Cap Gemini in North America, Southern Europe and France. He resided 4 years in the United States where he was instrumental in the merger of Consulting activities between Cap Gemini and Ernst & Young.

Mr. FLOREN is a graduate of the French business school Ecole Supérieure de Nantes AUDENCIA and is a chartered accountant.
