ORSYP obtains Red Hat Linux certification

Paris , April 11, 2006 - The high-end solutions for job scheduling from ORSYP are now certified by Red Hat. This gives users confidence that they can safely and professionally control and monitor batch processes on the Linux platform.

With Dollar Universe, ORSYP provides a job scheduler that is now certified for the latest version from Red Hat Enterprise Server. The certification shows that there is no limitation on the control and monitoring of batch jobs on this platform. In particular, this benefits users who wish to smoothly port business-critical applications from a mainframe to the inexpensive Linux environment and run automatic processes (since batch jobs make up as much as 70 percent of IT ) under Red Hat Linux.

Furthermore, Dollar Universe has a user-friendly interface, with which users can control all jobs from a central point.
