ORSYP rounds off Linux support

Paris , March 16, 2006 – Dollar Universe, ORSYP's high-end job scheduling solution, is now also available for Linux on PowerPC.

In times of increasing IT process automation, job scheduling is one of the core areas of IT management. In heterogeneous environments, platform-independent control of processes is particularly important. ORSYP, the specialist in high-end so­lutions for job scheduling, therefore supports different platforms and system environments, from mainframes to PCs.

Because of the increasing importance of Linux in business IT, this operating system merits special attention. Already certified for Red Hat Linux, Dollar Universe is now approved for Linux on PowerPC.
