This course is aimed for users that will be in charge of monitoring. This course will also cover the functions that will enable the user to control batch operations. At the end of this course, participants will be able to effectively monitor IT operations using Dollar Universe. They will have acquired the necessary skills to control and supervise operations and react rapidly in the event of an incident to provide optimal availability of IT operations.
Profile: Operator, Project Manager, Manager for the supervision and control of IT operations
Objectives:
- Understand the rich functionality of Dollar Universe (architecture, technical concepts, functional administration, etc.)
- Use Dollar Universe via the graphic interfaces, Dollar Universe Global Control and Dollar Universe Business Views
- Create, schedule and start processes (event-driven job scheduling, string processing)
- Control and supervise operations
- Reboot process in case of incidents
