Custom Service - For customers that require additional levels of specialized services such as:

  • Dollar Universe online Functionality Support - Enables customers to submit specific questions on the usage of the product (e.g. how to I create.)
  • Remote Access - This allows ORSYP experts to work remotly on your system via a secure protocol if standard diagnostics and verification methods fail to resolve the incident.
  • Multi-Language - This option allows customers to submit requests and receive responses in a specific language (French, German, Italian, Spanish).
